One of Britain's most recognized establishments, The Old Vic Theatre partnered with Buccellati on a milestone Ball celebrating 200 years of creative adventure. The special birthday event was built on a program of live and filmed performances whilst guests were treated to a 3-course meal courtesy of Fortnum & Mason. Names featured in such performance included Sting, Dame Judy Dench, Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber, Bono, and Stephen Fry. Guests in attendance also witnessed special performances from various theatre companies across London, which included the casts of Matilda, Dreamgirls, Wicked, Harry Potter and many more.
Two of the evening's hosts were British actors Damian Lewis and Helen McCrory, both of whom joined Maria Cristina Buccellati on her table, alongside Richard E Grant. Helen wore one-of-a-kind Buccellati yellow and white gold “Ventaglio” earrings, set with garnets, which were complimented by an elegant yellow gold “Macri” cuff bracelet, set with diamonds.
